Hmmm, proofreading what? Press announcements, documentation, translations?
For press announcements, please subscribe to the KDE promo mailinglist
("KDE Promo" <kde-promo at kde.org>). For documentation you have to go to
specific applications and their mailinglists. Translations - each
country has a translation mailinglist (afaik).
