krazy... bug?

In trying to make marble Krazy-compliant:

I may have possibly stumbled over a Krazy bug (or at least the message
is wrong). At number 13:
"Check for proper include directives..."
issues are found where e.g.
"src/lib/gps/GpsLayer.h: put config.h in angle brackets line#18"
but looking at that file, there isn't any config.h included, but a
#include "config-libgps.h"
