Quality team web site

Hi all,

Have just been looking at the quality team web site, and realised that
it is hideously out of date! I thought of offering to contribute to
improving it, but actually I think it would make more sense to create
a 'quality team' page on techbase seeing as a lot of the information
is already there, and then point quality.kde.org there. Would this be
a welcome contribution or are there other ideas out there for it?
