KDE 3.80.3 on OpenBSD

It works!

Could someone apply the following patches to the SVN? Note, I'm not a 
C++ developer so feel free to correct me if I did stupid things. ;)

Another thing is that OpenBSD needs the '-lstdc++' flag explicitly. I 
just edited the Makefiles manually where needed. Is there a more 
elegant way to do this?
