Maybe it would be interesting to discuss such things:
1) Guessing encoding of the text file in kedit (between cp1251 and koi8r and 
utf8ru)
2) Making more convinient way to send messages into the mail-lists (i.e. I 
have different folders for different mail-lists, and it would be great for me 
to select the specified folder and the corresponding button will appear -- 
send message to the mail-list)
