Well, what are you capable of, and what are you willing to do... Often, 
the 'scratch your itch' way to contribute is the easies, but that's more for 
ppl who can write software. If you can,  you're more than welcome to start on 
techbase.kde.org! Others can help writing documentation (check your local 
team), translating (same), promoting (kde-promo at kde.org), doing artwork 
(kde-artists at kde.org)
