EBN website imported to KDE SVN

I have imported the website code for the EBN into kdesdk, where I believe it
belongs - it *is* a bunch of SDK things after all, even if it does not need
to compile. I understand it may bloat the SVN module, so maybe it *really*
belongs somewhere else. Maybe the whole ebn/ dir should go to .. that's hard
to say. It's not exactly code we need to ship.

Regardless , this deals a blow to the current EBN SVN (which is good). I have
not tested the site extensively as it is now in KDE SVN. The sanitizer jit
stuff is broken. It *does* pull the right results from the DB if you fill in
the right password.
