Strigi Demo on the EBN

Howdy,

vandenoever, of strigi fame, contacted me this morning. 

He said
"i'd like a strigi demo page where people can upload files to have them analyzed.
thought this would fit in with ebn because we can use the uploaded data for testing
and debugging."

He'll need a regular account on the EBN machine, and also a db.

I asked him to join us in #ebn for more discussion.
