How Can I ask questions to current kde desktop users?

I am wanting some details for the Kde Video Tutorial Project which is for
all the current kde users. This will be in like a quick php questionnaire
hopefully that can quickly be filled in, with straight forward questions.
Such as "Do you have a browser that can open flash files"? and another one
for example "What is the size of your screen resolution eg. 800x600?"

However where will I be able to get people to do this online as the basis of
this will be the same when the promo team wants to ask questions. Any Ideas
where to Look or do it?
