Follow-up on Bug 118551 - CRITICAL ISSUE

This is an attempt to follow-up on Bug Report 118551.  It seems that this
issue has been ignored.  THIS IS A CRITICAL ISSUE!  All kde functionality is
lost starting with version 3.5.0 for some users.  It involves the auto-hide
functionality of the main menubar.  A number of other users have CONFIRMED
this on a variety of different systems.  Please see:
