Kontact: frameless mockups

I did a quick  mockup of "frameless Kontact". Note: this isn't a perfect 
mockup, the changes are not uniform throughout the screenshot, but the idea 
is that you get the idea.

Anyway, here is Kontact as it is in Kubuntu using the Lipstik-style:

Like I said, the mockup is less than perfect, with errors everywhere (for 
example, bottom-left corner of the content-area), but you get the idea. 
Notice that there are still faint frames, so they are not totally eliminated. 
There are still some frames to remove, however. Since we have now started to 
remove frames from Konqueror, what about other apps as well :)?

BTW, I created that mockup with Krita. Nice work guys! In the past I created 
those modifications with Photoshop, but Krita absolutely kicks ass! Well, I 
did run in to one bug, which I'm planning to report to the devels...
