user-friendlier interface

Hi,

I have some propositions for a user-friendlier interface
in KDE.

I want to add some optional extensions to the KDE interface.

Could you direct me towards the right persons or group ?

Thanks.

1. State of machine showed in lightly changing color of
the interface, notably the more the machine is memory
filled, processor used and processor overheated the more
the color of the active title bar is blue

2. State of user known in analyzing keyboard and mouse
inputs, notably the more the user do disordered inputs the
more it reflect its anger and the interface should keep
quiet, the same for frequency of typing that reflect the
occupation of user

3. Error messages more nice and help provided with what
other users have done in the same situation, notably users
can provide a help text for other user thought Internet
for a specific error and share it with others

4. Start and end of session with welcome from the machine
and explanation from the user why he/she go away, notably
the machine can remind the planning of the user learned
when he/she go away

5. Little text window hidden or not that contain what the
machine "think", notably just concise text and hyperlinks
no images, keep it simple

6. When the machine want to ask something to the user it's
a multiple choice question only, notably natural language
parsing doesn't work for the moment to understand the
answer of the user and even less questions from the user

7. This user-friendly interface should be nearly invisible
and the user must be able to make it less visible at any
time, notably no sound just little change of color in the
interface and, if and only if the user want it, a little
text window
