KView project

At the suggestion of Nicolas Goutte I have added a working copy of KView 
to the SVN repository:

	svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/work/kview-3.6

You can check this out, rename it from "kview-3.6" to "kview" and 
replace the "kview" directory in your "kdegraphics" SVN code tree.  Then 
"make" && "make install".  This should work with either 3.4 BRANCH or 
3.5 BRANCH, however, you must have the current SVN since the changes 
depend on changes committed to KDELibs and new icons.

This changes the menus and the toolbar(s).

I would appreciate your comments on this.

Note that the menus have been modified to conform to the (somewhat out 
of date) KDE UI guidelines:

I just used my best judgment for the toobar(s).

Specific question is whether there should be two toolbars in the app.  I 
merged them for the KPart used in Konqueror, but left them separate for 
the app.
