Building Konqueror from SVN fails

this file is from kdebase/libkonq. you need to update and build libkonq. 
what's odd is that konqueror is looking to _installed_ headers (obviously why 
it's breaking) when it should be looking to $(top_srcdir)/libkonq for these 
headers, and that is in fact what is in the Makefile.am. 

are you building _just_ konqueror from kdebase? or?
