How do I send wishes ?

It was suggested that we need a suggestion box, but no action was take 
about it.  So, for a usability suggestion, you can use the usability 
list for discussion of your idea.  For other things, you can post a wish 
list item on bugzilla.  But, don't hold your breath either way.
