tabs-continued

some more things occurred to me concerning the tabbing business
1. I can detach tab and make a new window, can I do the reverse?
2. The behavior of the tabs is inconsistent:
	- in quanta/kdevelop I get the doc icon which changes into close button
	- in konqueror there is either icon or close-button, static.
I think since KDE is integrated, there should be no problem in applying the 
behavior of certain elements package-wide.
