Hi,
I guess this is slightly OT, but perhaps people reading this list will find
this useful or interesting:

I've put up some notes on the KDE Wiki, mostly based on my experience helping
users in #kde on Freenode, about troubleshooting KDE, and how to ask
questions sensibly. If you have any tips of your own, please do add them -
I'm sure there are plenty of troubleshooting ideas that I don't know :-)

The pages are at:
http://wiki.kde.org/tiki-index.php?page=Troubleshooting+KDE+Problems
http://wiki.kde.org/tiki-index.php?page=aRts+Troubleshooting
and..
http://wiki.kde.org/tiki-index.php?page=Asking+Questions

Let the editing begin...

Regards,
Philip
