Removing ugliness

I propose the removal of...

WIDGETS:

- System++, System, SGI, Marble, LightStyle (3rd Edition) and Keramik. 
- and the Window borders that accompany the widget styles listed.

ICONS:

- Technical-1 and perhaps KDE low color.

COMPENSATION:

Users could be compensated by inclusion of Activeheart and baghira styles and 
window decorations.  As well as including the Wasp icon set, which works well 
with activeheart.

MORE:

Removal of the following Konqueror Background Images:

- Cubic (Not even consistant)
- Paper_fielder 
- Noise
- Blue morning
- Punika Attack


Such changes I believe would increase the overall impression of 
professionalism and chicness KDE deserves.  As well as leaving a few basic 
theming options for low performance machines and programmers.
