(replying here because i just joined and this is the first msg in this thread 
i've seen.. and none to soon, it seems! =)

so.. KsCD... i've updated the bit on WhatsThis help. remember that WhatsThis 
covers not only the main interface, but also all dialogs (including the 
config dialogs)

anyways.. i'm about to commit a rather large changeset to KsCD in the next 
little while ... it's been sitting on my HD waiting for testing ... and 
speaking of testing, i would most whole-heartedly welcome some people test 
the functionality of KsCD after these changes. KsCD is one of those finicky 
apps and i often forget something or other when making sweeping changes (like 
ensuring Pause always turns into Play or vice versa), so some QA lovin' would 
be most good =)

KsCD is also a pretty easy app to get into since it only sees a handful of 
changes per release (ok, so they are often largish changes ;) and there are 
very few different devels who work on it...

if there are any takers, i'd be honoured to work with you.
