I think this is a bit long. There should be a page pointing to all the
per-module task pages.

The wiki pages should be there to collect the information, so that new people
get started, and also give them some pointers how to proceed, e.g. the
mailing lists etc.
I think just maintaining a wiki page is already a task in itself, you probably
have to do quite some communication.
