Hi,

this is to inform you about the BugCops project having been canceled:
I made the web page point to the site of the KDE Quality Team.

The page http://bugcops.org/ will stay there and not be removed - so
it might redirect a few visitors (as of yet about 10-20 per day) to
the quality team pages.
