The Docs 'Jobs' page

Hi all,

After the recent discussions about 'beginner jobs' I thought it might be a 
good time to bring up this page.

Phil Rodrigues and I have been filing and categorising doc issues in Bugzilla, 
and there are some pre-made queries available there to look them up based on 
the kind of job you're prepared to do (fixing errors, screenshots, or writing 
new text.)

As I mentioned, filing more of these is actually a help, rather than a 
hindrance.
