Listing Qt apps @ kde-apps.org

Hi all,

I noticed that GNOME community now has a nice website http://gnomefiles.org
where you can list your GNOME-application. It is the same like we do with KDE
apps at www.kde-apps.org.

I noticed that they list Moho[1] which is a commercial application from
LostMarble[2]. I find this a bit strange as it appears to me that it is not a
real GTK/GNOME application. Though they state[3] the following at their
website:

"This site lists applications (in source or binary form) created for the GNOME
Desktop Environment (Unix/Linux) and also all GTK+ applications
(Unix/Linux/Windows). All Gnome/GTK+ bindings & wrappers are welcome and
their applications too (e.g. wxWidgets, pyGTK, GTK# etc etc). Commercial,
closed source software is also as welcome as open source software is as long
they relate to GTK+ and/or Gnome. "

Well I really don't care that much about the whole hoopla but I want to
suggest to use the same formulation for www.kde-apps.org.

For example. We should list commercial programs made with Qt like:

- Opera [www.opera.com]
- Skype [www.skype.com]
- Adobe Photoshop Album [www.adobe.com]
- MainActor 5 [www.mainconcept.com]
- Julius [www.julius.caesar.de]
- Jahshaka [www.jahshaka.com]
- KD Executor [www.klaralvdalens-datakonsult.se]
- KNUT [www.klaralvdalens-datakonsult.se]
- Klarälvdalens Datakonsult AB's Emacs Additions
- http://www.openmfg.com/

How about that?

Fab
