How to treat CVS HEAD bugs

Hello list,

I'm a bit uncertain about what to do when you encounter a bug in the latest CVS.
Do you log it at bugs.kde.org, or would that clutter the system to much (since
there's probably lots of bugs in cvs that get fixed very quickly)?
If you don't log it, what is there to do (appart from fixing it) mail it to the
relevant developers list?
Is there a standard procedure for that?
