I did not insult Kicker's maintainer.  Telling someone that their 
actions are arrogant and requesting that they not do that is not an 
insult.  If you think that it is an insult, then that is your problem.

Since I did not insult him, this is a non-issue.

I did intend to argue with him and I have no objection to arguing with him.

And, I want to make it quite clear that his attitude is not conducive to 
cooperative development.

I posted it here because I see it as a kde-quality problem.

If you do not see it as a problem, I would be most interested to hear 
your thoughts on the issue.
