Thank you for your list - you already have one interested developer :) If you 
have the time, we'd be very grateful if you could enter all of these requests 
into the 'Bugzilla', a web site for tracking bugs and feature requests:

There you can check if people have already asked for them. For example, PDF 
Text and Image Selection and Copy is already a bug:
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11823

We have a readable guide on using Bugzilla, if you would care to read it:

If you don't have time to do this yourself, maybe somebody else on this list 
can step up for the job?
