Showstopper bug in KGet?

Hello,

I hope this is the right place to complain ;-)

AFAIK KGet still contains bug #81612, which makes it totally useless 
since it crashes every 10 minutes and since you can not resume downloads 
after restarting the app.

I think this bug should be fixed in KDE 3.3.
Does KGet have no maintainer or why is this bug still in?

P.S.:I tried to debug it myself, but I gave up because of the stupid 
     "Step Over" function in KDevelop which does not seem to work correctly.
     I'll add a new BR soon...
