Bug 79713 should have been a showstopper for KDE-3.2.2

This bug has now been fixed:

	http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=79713

However, the fix is not tagged: KDE_3_2_2_RELEASE

What appears to have happened is that the "fix" for bug 78504:

	http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=78504

broke Ark to the point that it would not extract any tar archive file.

Since this is a serious regression, it should be a show stopper for KDE-3.2.2.

I read that KDE-3.2.2 had been tagged but not released yet. So, I am not
clear as to its status. Is there going to be a beta or a release candidate
or is it just going to be kicked out the door as it is currently tagged?

In any case, what is important is that this bug was a serious regression
and KDE-3.2.2 should NOT be released with the very broken Ark. It needs to
be fixed retroactively if necessary.
