Yes, Ante has done quite some work there.

Actually, I think the icon front is pretty well covered up in this area. If 
you read the archives you will see that administration work have been done 
the last months for achieving the same thing the quality team project 
does(building a base for development - getting people together, documenting).

I would say KDE's artist community is a little thin on people and splitting it 
up on another list would counteract our recent changes.

But it could eventually be a good idea to collect the docs in one place. Let's 
hear what Ante has to say.
