Dear Paul,
I would say:

- KEXI is a modern app but we're announcing an even more stylish look
of KEXI 3.3! It can be previewed at:

https://userbase.kde.org/Kexi/Handbook/Kexi_Basics/The_Kexi_Main_Window

This very page is a part of the modernized KEXI Handbook (
https://userbase.kde.org/Kexi/Handbook), targeting exactly the KEXI 3.3.
All graphics have been already updated in the handbook, and in the future,
changes of 3.3 will be reflected in there too.

KEXI 3.3 is in an early stage of development, it delivers mostly the visual
change. Another internal change would be migration to Qt6 / KF6. It just so
happened that it is high time for it...

Together with the refresh of the Handbook, a huge is task of "Reviewing and
updating all Kexi wiki pages" is coming to an end. Task
https://invent.kde.org/office/kexi/-/issues/113. It is clear that such a
new-year clean up is beneficial in mid term both from development and
user's perspective.
