Where to ask for Artwork?

I like it, although we don't have anything like that  at the moment and it may 
be a bit tight to commission something new to our usual artists. Nevertheless, 
give me a few days and I'll try.

Can you send us a hi-res or, even better, an SVG version of the GnuPG logo?

We don't technically sell T-shirts at FOSDEM because legally we can't. 
Attendees donate €20, €25 (or whatever)  and then, as a token of our 
appreciation for the support, we give them a T-shirt...
