Where to ask for Artwork?

Hi,

I would like (hopefully in time for FOSDEM) to create / print some T-Shirts.

Something like Konqui handing Katie a sealed envelope maybe with a GnuPG Logo 
mixed in and then on the backside "KDE & GnuPG Protecting your privacy since 
2002" (2002 was the first commit to Kleopatra) and on the back KMail and 
Kleopatra logos. Something like that. Where should I ask for someone to design 
this?

With the image also available for websites etc.

Ideally we could sell some of them (maybe 60 or so as a first batch) at FOSDEM 
with the proceeds going fully to KDE. But I don't know if we are selling 
shirts there. Do you know?

I also need a logo for my company but that would be normal contract work. But 
maybe the same person could do that, too.
