Krita 5.0 release

It looks like we might actually be able to make it, a Krita 5.0 release before Christmas. The goal is 23rd of December, Thursday. I will start making packages for testing this weekend...

It's a big release, the culmination of a refactoring that started when Phabricator was still young, in 2015, plus a whole lot of other things.
