kdeprintd cannot start child process

Can you at least succeed with "dcop kded" or even "dcop" ?

It still returns the same error:
ERROR: Couldn't attach to DCOP server!

Is there a HOWTO or something which explains how dcop works and what
permissions the binary should have?  Can the dcop binary be executed
from a ssh terminal or does it have to be executed from the users'
console?
