wrong pathes to foomatic-rip on x86-64

Here on SuSE 10.0 foomatic-filters has foomatic-rip in /usr/bin and as 
softlink in /usr/lib64/cups/filter/foomatic-rip. CUPS references foomatic-rip 
as /usr/lib/cups/filter/foomatic-rip. Clearly it does found it. After I make 
a copy from /usr/lib64/cups/filter/foomatic-rip 
to /usr/lib/cups/filter/foomatic-rip.
