kprinter doesn't work together with CUPS

In the kprinter-dialog (when using e.g. kghostview). 
For CUPS I get "Copies", "Advanced Options" (which I cannot change) and 
"Additional Tags" (where I only see an empty spreadsheet-like area).
For all other printing-systems I do not get any tab.
