Kprinter and Xandros Linux --- Qfile failure

[Brent Webster]

Simply running "ls -l | kprinter" fails with "QFile::open: No file name 
specified" when I select
a real printer.  When I tell it to print to pdf or ps it works.

Xandros Linux is never up to date with it libraries.  Any ideas???
