Strange printing problem

sorry for missing informations.

QT 3.2.1 -> 3.3.1
KDE 3.1.4 -> 3.2.1 ( and all required libs )

No other upgrades.

CUPS Version: 1.1.18 ( Original SuSE )
Ghostscript: ESP Ghostscript 7.05.5

I've investigated the problem some steps further:
Old PS-Output from KDE 3.1.4 does not show any errors, while Output from KDE 
3.2.1 produces a gamma error.
