[Bug 76099] wrong label for ps to pdf conversion

'scuse me, one instance wasn't needed. However, the pdf2ps wrapper script 
puts the options twice, too - once after the gs command, and the second 
time after OutputFile. 

It appears that that isn't necessary either, if I interpret the pdf2ps 
script correctly, if we don't use -I in the options, so I deleted all but 
the first occurance.
