This is also the wrong component :P

print-manager manage print jobs and printers, and your printers are setup ok
otherwise GIMP wouldn't work too. It has nothing to do with processing your
jobs and sending to CUPS, the application does that by itself .

Now if this happens with every KDE/Qt application you will need to fill the bug
in Qt itself.

I'll reassign to the KDE print dialog as it's the one closer to sending a job
to the printer but I don't think they can help much as it seems to be a bug in
Qt when creating the print job.
