I see that there may be some integration with openprinting. This is presented
as a cups/linux vs. windows/osx issue. But presumably it is a cups/linux/osx
vs. windows issue since osx uses cups as far as I know. (In fact, cups started
there as far as I know.) 

My concern about this is that what will end up mattering is that it works on
windows. Whether it works with cups or not will, once again, be considered a
minor issue of little importance.
