It seems you didn't really get the point. KDE puts more effort to eye candy
than to functionality. That might be the reason, why this bug is here, after
three years, being the second on the 'most hated bugs' list. Relatively small
thing, but really annoying, convincing the users to leave KDE sooner or later.
