I didn't mean to accuse only arch... the same goes to KDE itself... if KDE just
use this patch in their QT version or if they switched to and supported
openprinting alltogether the problem would be fixed for all... but apparently
KDE doesn't consider this a serious issue... Now with Gnome2 dead, XFCE too
rudimentary for many and KDE with broken printing, what's left for Linux on the
desktop?

So I guess this still makes sense to discuss here. It's still a valid bug in
KDE. The bug in the code may be in upstream but the bug in usability is in KDE
and that's the point.
