I've created an Ubuntu PPA with QT4-libs patched with the patch from comment
#29... you can find it here:
https://launchpad.net/~dhertel/+archive/qtprintfix1

The builds aren't compiled yet but I've already tested them before on another
PPA and they work... just made one for their own because they take up quite
some space :) So they'll be avaliable as soon as Launchpad has built them...
