Thanks for the comments and explanations (of course, Albert, my intention was
not to complain, but rather to get movement into this, as this bug will soon
celebrate its second anniversary). It's great that a patch exists, but I still
like Jeremy's idea of reimplementing the print dialog, as the current one has
several other problems besides the one that is, as I understand, addressed by
the patch. E.g., those from #33, #34, and #36. In addition, e.g., the collate
option can be set in the "Advanced Properties" but at the same time be unset in
the main print dialog.
