The Qt bug report is titled "QPrintDialog for unix does not correctly read CUPS
settings". However, I encounter this problem when using the pseudo-printers
"Print to File (PDF)" and "Print to File (Postscript)".

Is CUPS involved at all when printing to a file? If not, then is the
"QPrintDialog for unix does not correctly read CUPS settings" bug actually the
cause of this?
