The bug report is not about the "size" of the paper, but about the "unit" this
size is presented in (Metric vs Imperial).

This would be a KDE bug if KDE systemsettings didn't make sure changes to the
LC_MEASUREMENT variable are propagated to applications. I am not sure if it
uses the glibc "setlocale" calls to affect the LC_MEASUREMENT system locale for
the measuring system. Qt should at least read this value.
