Hi!

In KDE 3.x in the printer dialog there was the option to print various ranges
of a document, which were specified in this manner:

print pages from... to: 2-5,8-24,35,89-101

Now in KDE4 I miss this option, for I have to access the print dialog for range
2-5, then access again for 8-24 and so on.

I can imagine that this option isn't available because of usability wishes.
However, would be nice if this option with indivudal ranges is implemented
again, perhaps in a new option beneath the existing range-option.
