Printing with the standard printing dialog of KDE4 (I don't use
system-printer-config-kde because of it's Gnome dependancies) cuts arount 2cm
of the content at the right of the page.
It's not related to my printer since it works well with KDE3, and because this
problem appears when printing in a PDF file too.
