Reassigning to printer-applet.

KDEPrint in KDE3 is now unmaintained and no new features will be added.  KDE4
no longer uses KDEPrint, jobviewer has been replaced by printer-applet which
uses system-config-printer as a backend.

This is a valid feature request which has been implemented in CUPS 1.4 (see
link above) and which could be added to printer-applet if supported by
system-config-printer.
